It is never too early to assist teenagers in the art of networking. Studies upon studies have proven that networking is truly a skill that will bring about new goals, knowledge, insights, and opportunities.

Learn to Love Networking is an important article from the Harvard Business Review (2016) that confirms, individuals who embrace networking will thrive. The team at e3 is proud to offer this 4 week intense workshop for teenagers who are interested in developing this highly effective skill set.

Carolyn Ayson (DTM, PMP)

Carolyn Ayson is a Distinguished Toastmaster and Project Management Professional (PMP)®. A member of Toastmasters International since 2006, she has won numerous speech contests and mentored many others to succeed in public speaking.

She has spoken at numerous corporate and community events on topics such as career development, work-life and self-advocacy. Carolyn is the founding President of Speak Up at TD, the first known Toastmasters club in the Toronto area dedicated to supporting people with disabilities.

She is a mom to two boys, an avid runner and certified yoga instructor.
