Stephen Elliot
Co-Founder/Facilitator
Stephen Elliot is our co-Founder and facilitator. Stephen is the proud father of two boys and lives in Mississauga. Stephen has attended University of Toronto Ontario Institute for Study of Education (OISE) where he studied the Adult Learning principles. Stephen is a competitive speaker with Speaker Slam and Toastmasters International.
Stephen is a passionate skilled member of Toastmasters International and he has developed the educational program from his deep knowledge has gained as a Toastmaster and as a leader of professional teams in his career. Our classrooms are safe, fun learning environments where students and clients can practice and learn effective communication skills. Much of Stephen’s professional life was spent as a retail leader working for such companies as Starbucks, Nordstrom, and Petsmart.

Maysum Allibhai, BSc, OCELT, BEd
Facilitator
Maysum Allibhai is a certified and accomplished teacher, boasting almost a decade of teaching, patiently expanding the minds and abilities of youth and young adults. He has taught at the elementary, secondary, and post-secondary levels, and specializes in English, Social Science, Physical Education, and Biology.
He has won several speaking contests and debates, has spoken in front of UN delegations about the challenges youth face in our societies, and is a strong advocate for holistic education: emphasizing private goals that accommodate the public good. He has conducted workshops on the appropriate use of Artificial Intelligence in Education to teachers and students.
Maysum is a badminton champion, a new father, and always embraces new challenges.

Kathy Cielinski
Facilitator
Kathy, originally from Canada, relocated to Hong Kong in the early 2000s to build a career in Investment Banking after earning a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Finance from the University of Toronto. With over 15 years of experience under her belt, she excels in client management and institutional sales, making significant contributions to the industry.
Beyond her professional achievements, Kathy is deeply committed to mentoring youth and giving back to the community. She actively volunteers with various non-profits and provides guidance to interns and recent graduates. Kathy has spearheaded initiatives like the Human Capital Program on Engagement and the Embrace Diversity and Inclusion Network, aimed at fostering a supportive environment for all. Passionate about sharing her knowledge, she works tirelessly to help students improve their communication and engagement skills, empowering the next generation to achieve their goals and navigate their career paths successfully.

Matthew Ogbulafor (B.Eng, DTM)

Matthew Ogbulafor leverages his communication and leadership expertise as a Distinguished Toastmaster and his online marketing and web design skills to elevate e3 Toronto’s digital presence. His involvement ensures the organization reaches a broader audience while delivering engaging, high-quality content and seamless online experiences.
With over 15 years of experience as an online marketing consultant through his company, Apad Canada Inc., Matthew has empowered entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and businesses across Canada. A graduate of the University of Nigeria Nsukka and an alumnus of the Lagos Business School’s Senior Management Program, he combines technical know-how with strategic insight. His ability to create tailored, revenue-focused solutions and his dedication to educational advancement make him a vital asset to e3 Toronto and the broader community he serves.

Carolyn Ayson (DTM, PMP)
Facilitator
Carolyn Ayson is a Distinguished Toastmaster and Project Management Professional (PMP)®. A member of Toastmasters International since 2006, she has won numerous speech contests and mentored many others to succeed in public speaking.
She has spoken at numerous corporate and community events on topics such as career development, work-life and self-advocacy. Carolyn is the founding President of Speak Up at TD, the first known Toastmasters club in the Toronto area dedicated to supporting people with disabilities.
She is a mom to two boys, an avid runner and certified yoga instructor.
