The content builds on the Fall/Winter course but can be taken as a stand-alone course. As with all our classes the size of the class is kept small to allow students practice their skills and allow our teachers to provide feedback. Assessments will be sent to parents’ mid term and at course completion

Content is as follows:
- Class will be 90 minutes with a break, this class most of the work will be done in class with students having time to practice, prepare and present within class.
- The Course will combine Leadership with Public Speaking. Time will be equally spent between public speaking and leadership skills.
- Students will deliver multiple group presentations with a leader selected for each project. This will allow for experiential learning as students will be leading their peers. Students will be assessed as leaders by the facilitator.
- One project will see the students present in a community showcase event. Students will create the marketing plan, the presentation and invite members of the community to attend the presentation.
- Students will learn how to create stories and to weave them into presentations for added audience engagement.
- Each class will feature our popular "Off the Top" where students will practice impromptu speaking. This section helps to build interview and interpersonal skills.
- We will explore a different leadership theme each month. Including growth mindset, situational leadership, leading with influence, developing trust within a team, accountability, etc.
- Class runs for the entire school year. We will be off at traditional school break times.
