e3 Speakers Club
Small Groups. Big Voices.
A new small-group public speaking experience where young people get more time to speak, more individual coaching, and more opportunities to build confidence through doing.
4 Saturdays | 90 Minutes | Maximum 8 Students | Thornhill
Beginning October 17
More Time to Speak. More Room to Grow.
At e3, we believe confidence grows by doing.
That’s why this experience is intentionally limited to eight students. A smaller group means less time waiting for a turn and more time speaking, experimenting, receiving feedback and trying again.
Students won’t simply learn about public speaking. They’ll practise it through activities, games, storytelling, impromptu speaking and presentations in an environment designed to feel safe, encouraging and fun.
With more individual attention, our facilitators can get to know each student, recognize their strengths and help them identify what to work on next. For some students, that might mean taking the first step and speaking up in a group. For others, it might mean learning to organize their ideas, tell a stronger story or connect more confidently with an audience.
We don’t believe confident speakers all look or sound the same.
Our goal is to help each student develop their own voice and become more comfortable using it.
Because finding your voice takes practice. We want to give every student plenty of it.
What Makes the Experience Different
More Time to Speak
With a maximum of eight students, everyone gets meaningful opportunities to participate, practise and use their voice.
Individual Coaching & Feedback
Smaller groups allow facilitators to notice the details, celebrate strengths and give each student practical ideas for what to try next.
Learning That Feels Like Doing
Games, challenges, storytelling and presentations keep students actively involved rather than simply learning about public speaking.
Resources They Can Keep
An e3 notebook and selected resources give students a place to capture ideas, reflect on their learning and keep useful speaking tools close at hand.
Progress Parents Can See
More meaningful parent communication helps families understand the small and big ways their child is growing.
Learning Beyond the Lesson
Selected digital resources and activities allow students to revisit ideas between classes without turning public speaking into another pile of homework.
Confidence Doesn’t Have One Look
Some young people are naturally outgoing. Others prefer to listen before they speak. Some are comfortable presenting to a class but struggle when asked an unexpected question. Others have great ideas but hesitate to share them.
We don’t believe becoming a confident speaker means changing who you are.
At e3, we help students build from where they are.
Raising a hand for the first time.
Sharing an idea without second-guessing it.
Recovering when the words don’t come out perfectly.
Confidence can be loud.
It can also be the quiet decision to try something today that felt uncomfortable yesterday.
“At the beginning, she couldn’t even stand up to speak because she was so nervous. Later, she didn’t dare switch on her camera. But now, she has much more self-confidence to speak loudly and express her own thoughts. She has been encouraged so much by the feedback.”

Four Weeks. Plenty of Opportunities to Speak
Every e3 class combines learning with doing. Students will explore practical public-speaking skills and then have opportunities to put them into action through games, challenges, conversations and presentations.
Speaking with Confidence
Building comfort speaking in front of others and learning strategies to manage nervousness.
Off the Top: Thinking on Your Feet
Our signature impromptu speaking activity gives students regular opportunities to respond to unexpected questions, organize their thoughts quickly and become more comfortable speaking without a script.
Stories That Connect
Using details, structure and expression to turn an idea or experience into a story people want to hear.
Bringing Your Voice to Life
Exploring pace, volume, vocal variety, body language and audience connection.
Organizing Your Ideas
Learning simple tools that help students turn their thoughts into clear, easy-to-follow messages.
Giving and Receiving Feedback
Learning how thoughtful feedback can help both the speaker and the listener grow.

Four Weeks Can Be the Beginning
This is a complete four-week experience, so families can enrol knowing their child will have a clear beginning and finish.
But growth doesn’t have to stop after four weeks.
Students who enjoy the experience may have opportunities to continue with e3 through future small-group programs exploring new speaking and communication skills, challenges and experiences.
