What happens if I don’t use all my coaching hours right away?
Coaching hours are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. We understand that priorities and schedules can shift, so if coaching has been inactive for a period of time, we’ll typically reach out once to check in and explore what feels most useful for you.
Unused coaching hours may, upon request:
Be used for future 1:1 coaching
Be converted toward group classes or workshops (when applicable)
Be transferred to another individual with e3’s approval
Or be allocated toward e3 Elevate Every Voice, our community coaching initiative that extends access to coaching for individuals from under-served or equity-seeking communities
