Helping Voices Be Heard. Helping People Stand Out.

Confidence. Clarity. Connection.

Public speaking programs for youth and professionals who want to communicate with confidence and connect with others.

At e3 Public Speaking, we help students and professionals become confident, clear, and engaging communicators. Whether it is a child finding their voice for the first time or a professional learning to speak with greater presence, our goal is simple. To help people express themselves with confidence and connect with others in a meaningful way.

Why e3 Exists?

e3 Public Speaking started with a simple realization.

As a dad to two sons, I saw just how powerful communication really is.

Not just speaking clearly, but connecting, expressing, and being understood.

In a world that is becoming more digital by the day, that skill is not becoming less important. It is becoming essential.

But when I looked at how public speaking was being taught, something felt off.

Too often, it was rigid. Formal. Focused on perfection.

And the result?

Kids standing up and sounding like robots.

That is not communication. That is performance under pressure.

I wanted something different.

A space where students could be themselves, have fun, take risks, and actually enjoy being on stage.

At e3, we do not just teach public speaking. We bring it to life.

From news reports to interpretive readings, from Shark Tank style pitches to demo talks, our students do not just learn to speak. They learn to engage, express, and connect.

Because when students enjoy the stage, that is when their voice truly shows up.

The e3 Method

Encourage

We create a safe and supportive environment where every voice matters. Confidence comes before perfection.

Equip

Students learn practical tools and strategies they can actually use. From structure and storytelling to body language and presence.

Elevate

We challenge students to grow. To step outside their comfort zone. To speak with clarity, confidence, and impact.

The e3 Teaching Philosophy

Confidence Comes First
We focus on building confidence before refining technique.

Progress Over Perfection
We value growth, effort, and willingness to try.

Courage Is Celebrated
Speaking up takes bravery. Every attempt matters.

The Room Must Feel Safe
We do not rank students or create unnecessary pressure.

Every Voice Matters
Each student is valued, whether they are outgoing or quietly finding their voice.

A Student's Story

When A first joined e3, speaking felt impossible.

She could not stand up in front of others. Her hands would shake from nerves. Even turning on her camera felt like too much.

A had lived with selective mutism since arriving in Canada at the age of four. For years, she rarely spoke at school, except to just two teachers.

Her mother shared that when A spoke to her English teacher for the first time, the teacher was moved to tears.

That was the starting point.

Fast forward just ten months.

At a live speaking showcase attended by the Mayor of Markham and local city councillors, A stood on stage and delivered a speech titled “Art is Art.”

She spoke with confidence. She shared her thoughts openly. She expressed herself clearly and proudly.

What changed?

Encouragement. Patience. A space where her voice was welcomed, not pressured.

After the showcase, her mother shared:

“You did such great work. The showcase is very successful. It’s so well organized and creative, active and fun. I loved watching the video. Congratulations and thank you for your hard work.”

A continues her journey with e3.

And her voice is no longer hidden.
